Eric Girolamo

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent I was a mechanical engineer and then a college professor of mathematics. My life has always been about helping people get ahead and achieving their dreams. Whether it was through an engineering project or through education, I have always liked helping people better themselves. I derive great personal satisfaction from knowing that I helped make something positive happen in someone else’s life. My interest in real estate as an investor is what initially drew me to learning about the real estate business. Eventually I turned my passion for real estate into a full-time job. I started out as a Century 21 agent and worked there for over three years before being recruited by Springer Realty Group in 2013.

I take the time to understand your needs, desires, motivations and concerns. It is my goal to exceed your expectations and make your home buying/selling process as efficient and as enjoyable as possible.

I Tap the Hidden Market

I work with owners and investors who sell directly (without an agent) as a transaction licensee. I maintain a database of properties for sale that are not in the MLS database so I can offer my home buyers and investors more properties to choose from than the average agent. If you are an owner or investor who wishes to sell a property on your own, please contact me so I can add your property to my database.

I am by nature a hard-working, detail-oriented and responsive person. I am constantly taking advantage of professional development opportunities to keep myself sharp so that I can stay current and provide my clients with the best possible service and most up to date information. I pride myself in being a great communicator and in keeping my clients well informed. You can call me personally anytime. I will not answer the phone if I am working with a client but I always return calls promptly. You should also understand that I only get paid for results. If I don’t close a transaction on your behalf, I won’t get paid.

My Personal Life

I live on the outskirts of Fleetwood with my wife LeeAnn. We have chickens, honeybees, a cat and a large garden. I am an avid do-it-yourselfer, regularly getting into projects around the home. My wife and I also enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking and generally spending time in the great outdoors. We are also active in our church. I’m fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time working from home and I enjoy having a flexible schedule.
